Northwest Hiking Trails

Secret Lake, ALW

Trip report by Reuben Slasor

We left the trail and found a beautiful, secluded oasis with trout and high mountain cliffs. We needed to climb a rock slide and cross several snow slides to get there, but it was worth it. I would prefer to leave this location a secret. I don’t think more than six people a year actually make it their and I would like to keep it that way.

Stats: 2 miles and 1100' altitude gain.
