Trip to Mildred was great. The lower portion of the trail offers views of several great waterfalls, to include Comet which is awesome.
Beware though- the switchback to continue on from the falls was still snow covered, and most people missed it. Once you pass the falls I was mostly in the snow the rest of the way.
From the point, excellent views of Rainier's glaciers, Adams, and St. Helens.
